During these courses you will be able to learn and train first aid techniques useful in any cases of emergency: at home, at school, at sea ... You will practice in rescue techniques and resuscitation with the use of a special mannequin , educational Automatic External Defibrillator and materials for personal protection (gloves and pocket mask)

FREE DIVING COURSES

Free -diving ('APNEA') programs and courses for adults and teenagers to introduce the participants to "apnea" with a gradual approach to personal well-being thanks to the ESA program APNEA LIFE STYLE.
